Just when you thought it was safe to put your headphones back on.....Nobody announces their first release of 1999!!! (insert your favorite stupid 1999 joke here)......Now that the dust has finally settled on the HIT RECORD? HIT RECORD! series, the nobody has assembled the "Hybrid Hula Groovemaster Fresh Yam Crew" to get up and get get down, in a way you thought you would never want to.....and then some....hilights of this tape include some ukulele powered jaw harp filtered through some of syd barrett's old sound processing equipment on "stain"(not to mention some awe inspiring scat vocals) ; a super 80's new wave dance hit on 'fear', the all male acappella vocal choir of 'small ship', and the tribute to everyone's mom: 'bruce's original", which you won't be able to get out of your head or heart for days to come.....in essence, lots of new an 'interesting' musical 'hybrids' which are sure to put the 'y' back in hybrid........and so on......
